📝 Managing Your Subscription

All subscription and payment services for the paid Seal Owner plan are securely managed by our partner, Stripe. When you sign up or manage your account, you will be directed to a secure Stripe portal.

Through the Stripe customer portal, you can perform the following actions:

Enter or update your payment information.
View your billing history and download receipts or invoices.
Change your subscription plan (if applicable).
Cancel your subscription at any time.

You can access the portal through your VerifyThisSeal.com account dashboard.

Delegates (Free)

For authorized team members who work on behalf of a seal owner.

Includes all Public User tools.
Generate unique seal codes for any seals that have been delegated to you.
Access a personal dashboard to manage all assigned seals.
Enjoy a streamlined workflow for team collaboration, seamlessly integrated with the seal owner's account.

Seal Owners (Paid Subscription)

The comprehensive, paid plan for professionals who want to protect their seal and reputation.

Includes all Delegate tools.
Generate unlimited, unique ten-character seal codes for your documents.
Access a comprehensive dashboard to manage all your personal seals and seal codes.
Set specific permissions and limitations for each delegated seal.
Control the visibility of your contact information on a per-code basis.
Receive relayed alerts for reported misuse without exposing your contact information to the public.
Cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

📧 Notifications

You will receive notifications from both Stripe and VerifyThisSeal.com.

From Stripe: All billing-related communications, such as monthly receipts, payment confirmations, and notices about your subscription status, will be sent from Stripe.
From VerifyThisSeal.com: You will receive application-specific notifications, such as alerts for reported misuse of your seal or updates regarding your account.

🔒 Security and Payment Information

We prioritize the security of your data and payment information.

Payment Processing: All payment processing, handling, and storage of financial data is managed by Stripe, a certified PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Data Privacy: VerifyThisSeal.com does not store your credit card number or sensitive financial information on its servers.

🛑 Important Subscription Information

Please be aware of the following policies regarding your Seal Owner subscription:

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Access After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be able to generate new seal codes. However, for the security and integrity of documents already in circulation, you will always retain the ability to manage your existing seal codes (e.g., deactivating them or updating contact info visibility).
